The Big Shirt Sewing Pattern offers a versatile, oversized design that can be sewn as a shirt or dress. It features a collar with a stand, dropped shoulders, voluminous sleeves with gathered cuffs, a front button placket, side‑seam pockets, and a yoke with gathers for added texture. The fit is intentionally relaxed and oversized.
Recommended fabrics: lightweight woven fabrics such as cotton, linen, poplin, chambray, viscose, or silk, with cotton or linen giving a crisp drape and viscose or silk lending a softer one.
Notions: fusible interfacing, sewing thread, and 9–12 buttons (9 for shirt, 12 for dress)
Includes fully illustrated instructions, seam allowances, and layered sizes.
